Health Technology Assessment & Methods for Equity

Building the methodological infrastructure for equity-informative economic evaluation.

Alongside applied evaluations, I develop methods that make economic evaluation fit for equity-informed decision-making: aggregate DCEA for resource allocation, incorporating productivity loss and future unrelated medical costs, ICER threshold adjustment for equity considerations, and cost-effectiveness thresholds based on the value of a statistical life.

This methodological work supports HTA processes in Australia (PBAC/MSAC) and internationally, and is published in Global Health Research and Policy, BMJ Global Health, and the European Journal of Health Economics.
